WE is the result of years of work, years of preparation, energetic and spiritual connections with educational processes and, above all, understanding of the need for change, the need to start doing things differently, thus, WE integrated everything as one whole, becoming pioneers in holistic teaching in Mexico. WE is the result of realizing that we need another generation of humans; ones who are responsible, aware, connected, who love themselves and their surroundings.

WE KIDS

We are a new learning culture based on the natural abilities of children. At WE, children discover, learn and experience their own environment through sciences and life in general. This means, children are free to discover what they like, what most naturally interests them and thus, form an awareness first of themselves and then of their community, all while they operate in harmony with their environment. We work with children’s curiosity, developing it with them in order for them to form an authentic criterion based on their emotions, which encourages them to think and reflect on their actions and their consequences. We detect their natural abilities and talents which enables us to work with them in a practical way and help them to be more aware of themselves as a whole being and their life on this planet. WE Kids question, reflect, set goals, communicate, are resilient, creative, independent, fun, responsible, safe, have values, concrete dreams and develop the necessary tools to fulfill them.

WE Kids are children prepared to be a factor of change, to be a generation capable of being happy, capable of living in harmony with themselves, with their society and with their planet.



HOLISTIC PROGRAM

MY TEMPLE.

WE Kids practice what is already known: awareness of their body and their personal relationships from an early age. We work with them to gradually discover fundamental values such as open and natural dialogue between colleagues and adults and to have responsible, healthy and positive, affective relationships. We help them be aware of the importance of setting and having limits so that they have confidence and immediate recognition of trust and of whom to trust. Everything is approached with a holistic, energetic and spiritual focus.

WE Kids know their bodies, their evolution, their rights and their sexuality. We talk to them about physical attraction, emotions, love, relationships, puberty, respect for their body, their temple, respect for others, acceptance and harmony.

WE Kids are unaware of complexes, they are flexible, responsible and above all they are aware of how to take care of themselves and others. They are conscious of change, with full awareness of their body and who they are, they decide which type of adult they wish to become.



 WE PHILOSOPHY 

Our main philosophy is based on respect for the natural capacity of each child, for their talent, they are guides who listen, support and help one another. Adults in WE help each child become aware of their mission in life, their importance and their transcendence on the planet.

Our philosophy is not based on conditioning nor repetition, it is based on the awareness of being, on the importance of each thought, word and action, on respect for feelings and emotions, and on the responsibility that we have not only with our society but also with our environment. We help each of the children see the importance of kindness, knowledge, generosity and compassion, encouraging them to always give the best of themselves.

Our philosophy is to help the generation of change emerge, those who are aware of their own nature, abilities and purpose, those who will be the new generation of integrated humans.

EDUCATION LEVELS

Kindy. Explore

Kindergarten is where we are preparing our children for the rest of their learning lives and it is our responsibility to maintain their curiosity, intensity, integrity, love and passion for learning.

At WE our Kindy Kids are encouraged to explore and lose themselves in their process of learning. Curiosity is innate and questions are encouraged, no stone is left unturned in a child’s quest to quench their thirst for knowledge. Classes are multilevel; what is traditionally 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades are grouped together with one mentor who will follow them through all their years in kindy. While competition and “getting ahead” is considered of utmost importance in today’s climate, WE adheres to an age-old belief that children should be children, therefore, the fundamental building blocks for successful acquisition of maths, reading and writing skills are taught through play and dynamic activities.

Primary. Discover

Primary is a time when WE kids discover more of themselves and their learning. Children work with PBL and have a say in what they want to learn; including content, skills and learning objectives.

PBL is guided in the first few years with independence being encouraged as children become more mature and their motivation for learning becomes more intrinsic. Children are encouraged to stretch their boundaries, to think big and to remember that the only limit to achieving anything they want to achieve is themselves. Primary is when kids really begin to embark on their personal journeys of discovery, so allowing children to design their own learning, becoming even more responsible as a result, enables them to gain confidence and trust in themselves to be able to achieve what they set their mind to.

Secondary. Expand

Secondary gives WE kids the chance to expand on their knowledge, skills and abilities. Here they will be completely in charge of and responsible for their learning and the outcomes thereof.

Our Secondary kids are encouraged to design, create, innovate, inspire and communicate their learning in as many diverse forms as they are able to imagine. Classes are a combination of three age groups together to foster a greater sense of community and compassion for one another. WE encourages “Think Bigger” to challenge our kids to move out of any comfort zones into new areas of opportunity and learning. The future is uncertain and our Secondary kids can lead the way with their innovation.
